All About Apple New MacBook Pro 2021 With M1 Chip

Apple has presented its new MacBook Pro models and equipped them with, particularly powerful SoCs. This promises a significantly increased performance, which is supposed to cope with particularly compute-intensive and graphics-heavy tasks even when on the move. In the commercial, the main focus is therefore on the advantages for professional users.

With the new MacBook Pro, they initially have the choice between the new Apple M1 Pro or M1 Max SoC. Both offer a total of ten computing cores each. There are differences when looking at the graphics unit: The M1 Pro 16 and the M1 Max even have 32 graphics cores. The main memory or “Unified Memory” is also twice as large with a maximum of 64 GB.

The new MacBook Pro comes in versions with a 14 or 16-inch display. Apple also highlights the 1080p camera, the six speakers with spatial audio, and the battery life of up to 21 hours in the commercial. 14-inch MacBook Pro pricing will start at $1,999 ($1,849 for education), while the new 16-inch MacBook Pro will start at $2,499 ($2,299 for education).
