Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd gen) gets support for Zoom and Amazon Chime
Owners of Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd gen) are getting an update where they could link their Zoom and Amazon Chime to their calendar and then guide Alexa to start the eeting.
If you are an Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd gen) owner, you will be getting support for Zoom and Amazon Chime, a smart move. The smart display was introduced earlier this year and is the largest in the Echo lineup.
The Echo Show 10 3rd Gen is a 10″ display with a motorized base. This motorized based allows the display to rotate and is always facing you. This makes it a good match for Zoom. Moreover, if you use Alexa to request a recipe, it can follow your gaze while you read.
Similarly, the display also works well while you’re watching your favorite show. Then the display will always keep you in the frame during video calls.
With the new feature, you’ll be able to join a meeting by saying, “Alexa, join my meeting,” and the magic happens.
Not to mention, the Echo Show 10 also supports Amazon Chime.
The update has start rolling out to Echo Show 10 3rd gen owners now. To link apps with calendar, go to the Settings > Calendar and Email > and link your accounts. You can link your Google, Microsoft, Apple, or Microsoft Exchange calendar.
