An official poster reveals the sizes of Galaxy Watch 6

The South Korean conglomerate will hold its Galaxy Unpacked event next week. It is going to unveil the next-gen foldable smartphones, Galaxy S9 tablet series and Galaxy Watch 6. Recently, Funshop, the official partner of Samsung, published a poster that details the sizes of the new smartwatch series. In addition to sizes, the poster unveils the connectivity variants of the Galaxy Watch 6 series, the release date, and exclusive launch offers for consumers in South Korea.

The official poster uncovers that the company will introduce two models of the Galaxy Watch 6 series. The base model will come in two sizes i.e., 40mm and 44mm. On the other hand, the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will come in 43mm and 47mm sizes. Both models will debut with Bluetooth and LTE versions.

The webpage indicates that the smartwatch will be available for pre-orders soon after the launch event. Users can place pre-orders until August 7. The official sales will begin on August 11. Users who place pre-orders before the launch will receive gifts of KRW 10,000 when they purchase the smartwatch.

One thing to notice here is that the source of the above-mentioned information is the company’s partner and not the company itself. The dates might vary with respect to different markets. Do note that the gifts offered are not just limited to smartwatches. The company could offer other products with similar launch and release schedules.

The Galaxy Watch 6 series include a rotating bezel

When it comes to Galaxy smartwatches, a rotating bezel is the signature style of Samsung. However, the company did not include the rotating bezel on the Galaxy Watch 5 models introduced last year. The physical bezel on the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic makes scrolling through lengthy web pages and managing numerous features a breeze.

Besides this, the Galaxy Watch 6 series could feature a fast processor as well. It will feature the Exynos W930 which is quite efficient in contrast to the Exynos W920 that was used for the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5 series. The upcoming smartwatches could feature big screens and batteries. However, the charging speed might remain unmodified.
