Apple and Sony have partnered to provide free Apple TV+ to PS4 and PS5 owners

As per the information shared by Push Square, both companies have partnered to offer a free trial of Apple TV+ to PS$ and PS5 owners. Notably, the PS5 owners are eligible for another six-month free trial. On the other hand, PS4 users will be given free access for three months.

Although Sony has previously provided a free trial of Apple TV+ to PlayStation owners, this is the first time the offer has been made in over a year’s time. The source has shared some details on how users can cash in on this offer. Follow the given steps to avail this amazing free trial offer.

  • Look for the Apple Tv app from the search bar of the PS5 console. In another case, it will be available in Media Home under the option of All Apps.
  • Download the app. Open it and follow the instructions presented on the screen.
  • Create a new Apple ID in case you don’t have one or sign in using your ID.
  • You are good to go with trying the free trial of Apple TV+.

 One thing to notice here is that only new Apple TV+ members are eligible for the deals, which are valid through July 31.
