Apple May Bring the Next iPad Pro with Wireless Charging and a Glass Back

Apple is reportedly working on a new iPad Pro that may feature a glass back instead of the aluminum cover and is also working to bring this device with wireless charging support.

In a report covered by The Verge, Apple is testing a magnetic charging system for the new iPad Pro. This system is similar to what we have seen with the MagSafe connector with the iPhone 12 range.

Moreover, the company is also working on reverse wireless charging technology. If successful, your iPad Pro could also work as a wireless charging point – sound exciting!

Although, we do not expect this wireless charging support to come this year. The company has just released its M1-powered iPad Pro with its Mini LED, and it could be too much for the company to introduce more new technologies this year (although we will be getting some new iPhones this year).

Moreover, we also heard that the company would also release a redesigned iPad Mini in 2021 with narrow screen bezels. Then, we are also expecting to receive the company will bring two new iPad this year – iPad Pro 2021 (10.2inch) and iPad Pro 2021 (12.9-inch). We have written a quick intro to the latter. Check it out here.
