ARM problem? Amazon reports high return rates for Surface Laptop 7
With the Surface Laptop 7 and the Surface Pro 11, Microsoft launched two of the first new Windows PCs with ARM processors. Now high return numbers at Amazon indicate that the switch to the new platform does not run completely smoothly, as you may hope.
Amazon customers should think carefully about the purchase

The reasons for the increased return numbers are likely to be particularly sufficient for some customers.
After all, many programs are already available in native versions for arm-based Windows systems and there is a powerful level of emulation for X86 applications with “Prism”, but some apps are simply not usable on the ARG systems. What is surprising is the contradiction between the apparently increased number of returns and the only positive test reports of various media, magazines and other sources that have been published since the launch of the Surface Laptop 7 last summer. Maybe it is the software problems that you can get into the house with the new arm devices?
