Xiaomi has been preparing to unveil the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. However, there have been no official details about the launch yet. Recently, a company executive shared some insights about the launch of the smartphone on Weibo. Some previous reports suggested that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will launch by the end of Q1 2024. It suggests that the device will be announced at some point near or in March.
However, there is a chance that the company could announce the new smartphone at the MWC 2024 (Mobile World Congress) event. Reportedly, the MEC event is scheduled for next month between February 26th to 29th. However, Lu Weibing, the President and Partner of Xiaomi Group, revealed his intentions to utilize a new smartphone that will provide a powerful photographic experience prior to any formal announcements.
According to details, the flagship Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature several improvements in camera technology. From this perspective, there is a possibility that the company’s executive was talking about this model. Recently, a rumor uncovered details about the camera module and specs of the image sensor of the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
In addition to this, the wireless camera kit accessory known for improving photography paid a visit to China’s 3C certification. The same accessory was spotted on BIS as well. It means that the smartphone will be available in the Indian market as well. Rumors of cutting-edge features, including an under-display camera for selfies, have already surfaced. So keep around for more, as we will be releasing updates when additional leads surface soon.
