Capcom Announces a Showcase Event on June 13, 2022

The first Capcom Showcase will take place on June 13, a digital event in which the studio will elaborate on the upcoming games already announced. It is therefore better not to hope for new titles, but rather for news of the Resident Evil 4 remake, or even images of Street Fighter 6.

With E3 being canceled – again – this year, studios must now find alternative ways to communicate about their games, especially since June is traditionally packed with video game announcements. So here’s Capcom preparing a brand new event, with the sober title Capcom Showcase, which will take place on the night of June 13 at midnight.

An opportunity not to be missed, as the firm has some very busy news in the coming months. During the 35 minutes That the live conference will last, Capcom will therefore return to “previously announced games,” the company said in a press release. In other words, there shouldn’t be any surprise title announcements, but rather more information about what’s already known. As you will have understood, there is a good chance that we will find out more about the now official Resident Evil 4 remake.

Capcom is preparing great announcements for us

This isn’t the only Resident Evil title to be talked about. Some time ago, Capcom announced DLC for Resident Evil Village, which could therefore be shown in more detail during the conference. Maybe we also know more about the spin-off Resident Evil: ReVerse recently pushed back, or otherwise, on the game developed for the PlayStation VR 2.

In addition, there is one more title that was made official during the last PlayStation State, street fighter 6 was also able to point the tip of his nose during the event. Finally, we can also bet on an appearance of Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak, which will be released on June 30. To watch the conference live and in French subtitles, visit the Capcom France YouTube channel.
