It is apparently good news for all Careem captains but users are not really liking the feature, one of the users said, “We don’t need tipping, we need promos”
Another commenter commented in this way, “So now Careem wants us to pay tips to their captains? We are already sick and tired of the peak factor, remove this feature”
Nevertheless, tipping is an optional feature in the app, people seem not interested in tipping feature; they actually need improvement in core services.
