EA Releases First Announcement Teaser for ‘Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’
Eager to publish a sequel to “Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order” publisher Electronic Arts has now released a first teaser video for the game. Set five years after the events of the previous title, the plot revolves around the Jedi Knight Cal Kestis. The game is designed to offer exciting battles that are rounded off with a cinematic story.
As rumors have indicated in recent weeks, the new title will be called “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor”. Since the game uses ray tracing technologies, the game should look much better than its current predecessor. The developers at Respawn Entertainment Studio have further developed the combat system so fans can look forward to enhanced lightsaber action.
While there are some allusions made in the teaser, it’s still completely unclear how the story of Order 66 survivor Cal Kestis and his droid BD-1 will continue. A new opponent, called the Grand Inquisitor in “Fallen Order”, is also likely to appear. The first teaser isn’t a gameplay trailer yet. No gameplay scenes appear in the video. However, it can be assumed that EA and Respawn Entertainment will share more clips about the game in the near future.
The game will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC
“Star Wars Jedi: Survivor” will see the light of day next year and will be released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. EA has not yet given an exact release date. The publisher plans to provide more details in the coming months.
