The anticipated Sony announcement has come and this time around it’s a Days Gone release date. Following a formerly declared postponement, the open-world zombie game will dispatch for PS4 on February 22, 2019. The first of Sony’s reveals has happened, and it’s for a surprising new Tetris game from the maker of Rez and Lumines. It’s called Tetris Effect and is made a beeline for PS4 with optional PSVR bolster.
E3 2018 begins in a little under seven days, and in front of the gigantic showcase, Sony has released a declaration plan on the PlayStation Blog paving the way to its public interview on Monday, June 11. Beginning Wednesday, June 6, Sony wants to declare three new games, a discharge date for an up and coming game (more than likely a PlayStation 4 exclusive), and points of interest of “An Eagerly Anticipated Game [Coming] to PS VR,” each being offered once every day for the following five days, viably finishing up on Sunday, June 10. From Wednesday to Sunday, every declaration will be held at 8 AM PT/11 AM ET (4 PM BST), as we join Sony for its commencement to E3 2018.
It’s hard to state what those three new games could be, as a couple of Sony’s studios are now chipping away at named ventures: Bend Studio is taking a shot at Days Gone, Japan Studio is as far as anyone knows dealing with Astro Bot: Rescue Mission, London Studio is taking a shot at Blood and Truth, Media Molecule is taking a shot at Dreams, Naughty Dog is taking a shot at The Last of Us Part II, and Sucker Punch is taking a shot at Ghost of Tsushima.
Be that as it may, in the previous four or so years, Sony has opened four new studios: PixelOpus, set up in 2014; Manchester Studio, set up in 2015; ForwardWorks, built up in 2016; and San Mateo Studio, likewise settled in 2016. PixelOpus is as of now chipping away at Concrete Genie, which is slated for a 2018 discharge, however there’s no official affirmation of what alternate studios are dealing with, so Sony could have these three studios report their activities.
