The Flexispot E7H is an electric desk with a maximum working height of 133 cm. The desk is particularly suitable for tall people or for those who want to make maximum use of the space under the desk when not in use. The desk can support up to 125 kg, although very few people will reach this limit in terms of load capacity.
Similar to the Flexispot E8, the E7H has a USB port on the controller, which can be used to charge smartphones, for example. When you put the table together when you buy it, you can choose from different table tops. The black table top of our colleague Timm Mohn was flawless during an initial inspection. Once you have checked the table top, you can test the other functions of the electric desk.
Ideally, you should look for a socket that is close enough so that the power cable is sufficient for the 133 cm working height. As soon as the table is supplied with power, the controller shows the current working height. The table can be raised and lowered using the touch buttons on the left. If operating noise is important to you, you should consider whether the Flexispot E8 might not be the better choice: Although its working height is lower than that of the E7H, the operating noise is lower.
Once you have an idea of the different working heights, you can really start using the table. Even if you have placed all your desk accessories on the table, no one is likely to fully use the maximum load capacity of 125 kg so quickly. The E7H controller can save four table positions. There are two profiles, each with a sitting and a standing position. As soon as it has been saved, the table automatically moves to the desired position. If you have placed something in the way of the table, the anti-collision system prevents any damage to the table. The position of the table can be fixed by holding down the “M” button on the controller for 8 seconds.
In this case, the word “LoC” appears briefly on the controller display and a blue LED switches on. The controller also beeps twice. It is not just its considerable working height that allows the Flexispot E7H to be well adjusted to the person using it. If you own the V6 fitness chair, for example, you can adjust the table top to a comfortable height in small steps. If you have enough legroom, you can pedal properly and keep your body fit while you work. An electric desk like the Flexispot E7H allows you to position the desk exactly as you need it in any situation.
Anyone who works for a long time at a desk that is not height-adjustable will quickly experience the consequences of this. These include neck pain due to an unhealthy head position, but also restlessness because you sit all day. The E7H is different: if you’ve had enough of sitting, a simple press on the controller is enough to put the desk into the standing position.
The Flexispot E7H normally costs 499.99 euros, but is regularly on offer. Flexispot is currently offering the table for 329.99 euros While the manufacturer plans to launch the eighth anniversary celebrated
further discounts can be taken advantage of. In some cases, the manufacturer has reduced its portfolio by 45 percent. Every Tuesday, the first 25 orders of the day are reduced by 50 percent, not 45 percent. Assuming a regular offer price of 499.99 euros, you would only pay 249.99 euros for the E7H. Since August has four Tuesdays, a total of 100 orders can benefit from the special offer price.
It can also be worth waiting for special offers: Flexispot offers surprise discounts every Wednesday that further reduce the purchase price of various items. If you don’t need the 133 cm working height, you can opt for the regular Flexispot E7 whose maximum working height is 123 cm. Flexispot offers a 7-year guarantee on the tables. If you don’t like the table, the manufacturer offers a 60-day right of return.
