The Galaxy A52s is getting its fourth software update based on the most recent version of Android, while the original Galaxy A52 is still receiving updates to Android 14 for the first time in several places. The Galaxy A52s now have the February 2024 security patch thanks to the upgrade. Three of the 72 security vulnerabilities fixed by the February patch are categorized as critical. Of these, 61 are from Google and affect all Android devices, among which three are marked as critical risks. The patch addresses 11 vulnerabilities for Samsung Galaxy smartphones that are classified as high-risk or moderate-risk.
The most recent patch for Galaxy tablets and smartphones is the one from March, and the Galaxy A52s may receive the updated patch straight in some nations. In the upcoming months, owners of Galaxy A52s should also anticipate the One UI 6.1 update. Open the Settings app on your phone, go to Software update, and choose Download and install to get the most recent update.
