Galaxy Tab A8 (2021) is Likely to Come in this Month

A couple of weeks ago, we shared news about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab A8. Previously, the device received its Wi-Fi certification and just recently it landed on the company’s support pages in Russia and Switzerland. These reforms give some new leaks about the upcoming smartphone, hinting at a soon-release date for it.

Now that we have entered the last month of the year, we are pretty sure Samsung will announce the Tab A8 (2021) during the current month. This Samsung tablet appeared on the support page in Russia and Switzerland with model numbers SM-X200 and SM-X205, respectively.

Previously, the same tablet has also landed on the Geekbench listing, sharing some insights about it. This tablet carries a Unisoc T618 SoC with at least 3GB of RAM. Looking at these specifications, we can say that this would be the company’s budget-friendly tablet.

Moreover, we also learned from sources that this Galaxy Tablet will run Android 11-based One UI 3 and will sport a 10.5-inch TFT display. It will also feature a WUXGA resolution of 1920×1200 pixels and a standard 60Hz refresh rate.

The Galaxy Tab A8 (2021) has thin bezels around the screen and houses a 5MP front camera on the right side of the frame. The rear panel will house a single 8MP camera.

This tablet is likely to come in three variants – 3GB RAM + 32GB, 4GB + 64GB, and 4GB + 128GB. It will be available in three color tones – Gold, Grey, and Silver. It will have a 7,040 mAh battery.
