Google is Stopping the December Update to Reach Google Pixel 6

Google halts the rolling out process of the December update to the Google Pixel 6 series due to several bugs. If you’re in the process of updating your Google Pixel 6 or Google Pixel 6 Pro, you might want to rethink and wait until the company releases the updated version.

Users receiving the same update earlier this month reported several bugs that led the company to stop the rolling out process.

Some users complain “their device randomly disconnects or drops calls making it difficult to use the smartphone.” The company will first identify all the bugs and then will come back with the updated version. According to sources, the latest update won’t be available until the end of January 2022.

It isn’t that the update did have any good aspects. The feature uses were enjoying included maximum wireless charging speeds of 23W with the new Pixel Stand 2 charger.

Google release the Pixel 6 series in October this year with Android 12, Google Tensor (6nm) chipset, AMOLED display, and 4614 mAh battery.
