Google Pixel 10 Pro XL Revealed in ‘Moonstone’ and ‘Obsidian’ Ahead of August 20 Launch

Google stands before the market launch of its new high-end smartphones of the Pixel 10 series, which is known to be presented on August 20, 2025. After a few leaks in the past few days, the last member of the “regular” new Pixel series, the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, have been up to high-resolution renders.
Google Pixel 10 Pro XL in ‘Moonstone’ and ‘Obsidian’
The Google Pixel 10 Pro XL appears together with its sister models in the course of a “Made by Google” event on August 20, before the availability can also be expected in Germany from the end of the month-which according to our sources only applies to the “normal” Pixel 10 models, but not for the new foldable Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, the Pixel Watch 4 and the Pixel Buds 2a. Regardless of possibly shifted availability, the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL basically offers the same design as its cheaper sister models. The manufacturer therefore relies on the use of strongly rounded corners as a central design element and a large, pill-shaped camera label on the back.
In addition to the main, wide-angle and periscop camera, the Pixel 10 Pro XL obviously also offers the infrared-based temperature sensor, which is integrated in the large camera module on the back. It remains to be seen which new usage scenarios have considered Google away from determining the body temperature of the buyers of his top smartphones. There is also again a handsome metal frame with an apparently polished surface and a very narrow display frame on all sides, but overall very narrow. The front camera will again be positioned centrally below the upper edge of the screen and should therefore make some space on the 6.8 -inch screen of the Pixel 10 Pro XL unusable.
Entry price from 1300 euros
According to previous leaks, the Pixel 10 Pro XL will probably start with the same high entry price in Germany, which was already required for the previous model at 1299 euros. Technically, apart from the new Google Tensor G5 with an AMOLED display based on LTPO technology with up to 120 Hertz dynamic refresh rate and a maximum of 3000 candela brightness as well as covers from the latest generation of Cornings Gorilla Glass, a lot unchanged.
The Pixel 10 Pro XL will come up with 16 gigabytes of RAM, as is the case in the PRO model. Unlike the Pro version, the Pro XL is always available with at least 256 GB of internal flash memory. There are also variants with 512 GB and a terabyte. The cameras remain unchanged, with which Google will use a main camera with 50, an ultra-wave angle camera with 48 and a telezoom camera with 48 megapixel sensor. A 32 MP cam again works on the front.
The battery of the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL is now growing to 5200mAh and thus reaches a high for a Pixel smartphone from Google. According to previous leaks, the maximum loading speed will be 39 watts and there is support for wireless charging with 15 watts thanks to Qi2. According to our information, the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL appears in the colors “Moonstone” and “Obsidian”.
