Initially, the device was expected to launch on 22nd May. But now it has been delayed and the listed launch data now is 5th June.
As per speculations, the delay can be to announce the phone during the Android 11 Beta Launch Show, which is happening on June 3rd. Even though this is a rumor, it does make sense.
The teaser of Google for the event says revealing “a whole bunch of other stuff we’re not ready to tell you about yet” and “Let’s hope that doesn’t leak.”
It is still possible that Google might launch Pixel 4a any day now in a press release. The delay might just be for the European launch, however, Google usually launches products on the same day internationally.
The rumored specs of the phone are Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor, Adreno 618 GPU, 6GB RAM, 64GB UFS 2.1 internal storage, 12.2 MP Sony IMX363, f/1.73 aperture of the rear camera, 8.0 MP Sony IMX355, f/2.0 aperture of the front camera while the battery is 3,080 mAh.
