The Galaxy S24 Ultra will include some amazing camera features

In terms of hardware, it does not appear like Samsung is introducing many new features with the Galaxy S24 Ultra, but it looks that the firm is attempting to make the most of the hardware. The South Korean company hasn’t increased the camera resolution or sensor size, but it has added additional functions and enhanced the quality. One such feature is the capacity to zoom in 5 times when capturing 8K movies. High-frame-rate video recording is another feature.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra can capture 4K 120fps video

According to Ice Universe, the Galaxy S24 Ultra would be able to capture 4K movies at a stunning 120fps. There are very few cellphones on the market that can record 4K 120fps movies. It’s unclear, though, if the phone can use all its cameras to produce videos at that quality and frame rate. In theory, that should be conceivable, but it will take some time to find out if Samsung has included that capability on every camera on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. ZTE’s Nubia Z60 Ultra has three back cameras that can capture 4K footage at 120 frames per second.

Specifications of the Galaxy S24 Ultra camera

A 200MP primary rear camera with optical zoom, a 12MP ultrawide camera with autofocus, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and a 50MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom are all believed to be included in the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s feature set. According to leaked specifications, the phone’s 5x optical zoom camera and 50MP camera’s in-sensor cropping together allow for 10x optical quality-like zoom.

There are rumors that the phone has a 12 MP autofocus camera on the front. While the main and largest zoom camera can capture 8K 30 frames per second videos, all the cameras can record 4K videos. Samsung will also include “Nightography Zoom,” a technology that uses artificial intelligence to enhance image and video quality even when zooming in during low light. Additional AI-powered capabilities are rumored to exist, such as Generative AI, which is supposed to fill in the gaps in photos while they are being edited.
