Midrange smartphones are very common these days. In a latest move to get audience the company Huawei has released Honor 6C which is a new mid-range smartphone in its collection. The company unleashed Honor 6X a few months ago so no wonder if the name sounds familiar.
Honor 6C is a low end spec version of the honor series which means it will be the cheaper one too. The smartphone will be available in Europe by the end of April. The phone will be sold for €229 (Rs. 25,600). The color availability lies in grey, gold and silver. The 6C phone is under a troublesome spot since, 6X is a handset on sale for RS. 27000.
The smartphone design is metal which is very common for handsets in the midrange. Honor 6C has a sleek metal design which is very simple. There are no on-screen buttons in the 5 inch LCD screen. The 5 inch IPS LCD 720p (1280×720) screen has a 2.5D glass. The glass screen curves on the side of the screen.
There is a fingerprint scanner beneath the camera which is put on a brushed aluminum finish case. Inside the Honor 6C houses an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor. It also had a 4 GB RAM and 32 GB storage on the device. You can increase the storage capacity of the smartphone through a microSD card slot. The smartphone is very similar to Nokia 6 in terms of specifications.

If you look at the operating system then you’ll notice it is a bit outdated because it makes use of Android 6.0 Marshmallow and Huawei’s EMUI 4.1 skin on top. The phone also houses a hybrid dual SIM/Micro SD card option. The camera is a 13 MP f/2.2 sensor with LED flash. You can record videos in 1080p resolution. Front camera is a 5 MP f/2.2 camera.
A 3,020 mAh battery powers the phone, about 20 mAh bigger than the Nokia 6’s battery unit.
No word on a Pakistani release so far.
