Last week, we learned that the Chinese company Honor will be returning to the Indian market. In addition to this, we also learned that the former OnePlus employee will join Honor as the company’s new CEO in India. As part of its comeback efforts, the company has announced a new partnership. Reportedly, the new collaboration will help the business quickly enter the Indian market and mark its presence among several other brands.
As per the available information, the company has partnered with PSAV Global. Reportedly, PSAV Global is a domestic network of around 5,000 retailers and distributors that are based in over one hundred cities. Additionally, the partner will offer Honor marketing, support, and distribution options.
HonorTech is the company’s brand in India. Recently, HonorTech announced a new partnership. The team pledged to provide “advanced, dependable, and self-centric solutions and experiences” to its clients. The partnership will be a big step on the right path as it supports the Indian government’s aim for “technological self-sufficiency.”
Until Honor establishes its local operations, PSAV Global will help the company with fieldwork. PSAV Global will provide several services to Honor, like importing devices, warehouse storage, distribution channels, marketing, warranty, and repair services. On the other hand, the HonorTech team, led by CEO Madhav Sheth, is now left to handle more important tasks, including corporate strategy, managing product releases, finances, and customer relations.
