Honor found the Magic series back when it was working with Huawei. The company liked the name so much that it kept it even after departing from its parent company. This year, one of the smartphone series joined the Magic series. It was dubbed as the Honor Magic3 series. A month ago, the company released the series in China. Now it could be the time for the company to go long.
The Honor Magic3 series came with a premium Snapdragon 888+ chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. This device also features impressive cameras. The base model came with a 50MP Sony IMX 766 main module paired with a 64MP monochrome sensor and a 13MP ultrawide lens. On the other hand, the Pro model features an extra layer of 64MP telephoto module with 3.5x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom.
According to GizChina, the global variants of the Magic3 series will get an Ultra Fusion Quad-Camera Photography technology. This technology will combine an AI Fusion image between two large sensors. Explaining the technology, GizChina states, “When the camera captures pictures at 1x zoom, which is the default setting, the fusion happens between the primary camera and the monochrome snapper. When you go for ultrawide or telephoto shots the primary shooter works with one of the other snappers to improve image details and colors.”
The Honor Magic3 Pro and Honor Magic3 Pro+ will come with telephoto cameras to the big world out there.
