Huawei Mate 20 X 5G, the first 5G phone of Huawei is launching this month. The phone will go on sale in China on 26th July, despite the uncertainty surrounding Huawei’s future as a leading mobile manufacturer.

Huawei Mate 20 X 5G is quite similar to Mate 20 X externally. The screen of both the phones is a 7.2-inch screen with a trio of rear cameras. But internally the components of both the phones are different as Mate 20 X 5G is developed considering the 5G tech and its requirements in mind.
The battery is increased to 5,000mAh from 4,200mAh. RAM is increased to 8GB from 6GB. Storage has been given a boost to 256GB from 128GB.
In other countries, the launch of the first Huawei 5G phone is uncertain due to the ban and presence on the USA’s Entity List.
There are indications that Trump administration might just ease the restrictions on Huawei but we are not sure how this whole scenario will impact Huawei’s future phones.
As of now, Huawei remains on Entity list for US officials but licenses will be issued and US companies will be allowed to trade with Huawei “where there is no threat to US national security.”
