Huawei P50 Series to Bring Sony’s 1-inch IMX 800 Sensor
We have been hearing a lot about Huawei P50 series and today we learned that the handsets might come with Sony’s 1-inch IMX 800 sensor.
We have already heard about the upcoming Huawei P50 series. The design of the P series handsets resembles the Mate. Some even said that it belongs to the Mate 40 series. Today we heard more about this series and got the chance to see the vanilla P50.
This device is said to come with a 6.3-inches display, with a much smaller centred punch-hole cutout. Then there is a huge cutout on the back with two large circles, which should house 4 camera sensors.
The P50 series is said to bring Sony’s 1-inch IMX 800 sensor. It could be the largest camera on the phone to date. The remaining modules are expected to consist of an ultrawide and telephoto lens and a 3D ToF cam.
It is also said that the new series will come with HarmonyOS, which means the phone wouldn’t run Android. The Huawei P50 series consists of P50, P50 Pro, and P50 Pro+ and is expected to come in May or June. To date, we also know that this series will feature in four colourways – white, black, blue, and beige.
