Instagram has released a variety of great features for its Android audience. In a blog post, Meta announced their most recent features. The latest features include the addition of notes, candid stories, and group profiles, which allow users to stay connected with their family and friends.
The latest “notes” feature of Instagram allows you to share your thoughts using the feature. Users are allowed to share through this feature using text containing up to 60 characters. You can post your notes by choosing any of your close friends or followers. It’ll stay in your chat at the top and disappear after 24 hours, just like Instagram stories.
Another feature, “candid stories,” will soon be available on Facebook too. This feature will allow you to capture the moment. It will allow the user to capture what they are doing at the time and share it with whomever they choose. Also, this feature can be turned off in the settings.
“Group profiles” is the latest feature from Instagram. It allows a group profile where people can share posts and stories with their friends. The posts and stories being shared in this group can only be seen by people with this profile. You can create your own group profile by clicking on the “+” button and selecting the option “group profile.”
Also, Instagram is testing a feature called “collaborative collections.” It will allow people to connect with friends over mutual interests by saving posts in a collaborative manner in the group inbox. We are hoping for this feature to be out soon. Meanwhile, we can enjoy the others that are already out.
