iPhone 13 to Launch As Per the Schedule Despite COVID-19

Apple

Earlier today, sources revealed that the iPhone 13 will be launched as per the regular schedule despite the coronavirus pandemic. This year, Apple has faced several challenges in the development and manufacturing process of the iPhone 12 models due to the coronavirus. Because of the pandemic, the company had to launch the Smartphone series in 2 phases. The iPhone 12 and 12 Pro launch was pushed onward by 1 month, whereas the iPhone 12 mini and Pro Max were delayed by 2 months. Later, the former duo came out in October, and the latter became available in November.

Logically, this turbulent launch led to delusions concerning iPhone 13 that will be launched later next year. Ignoring all rumors and misconceptions, Ming-Chi Kuo, a reliable Apple analyst said that the iPhone 13 series will be launched according to the regular schedule, reports revealed.

Kuo said that the bulk production schedule of the iPhone 13 will be the same as for previous iPhone models before the iPhone 12 lineup. That means we can expect all iPhone 13 models available by September 2021 without suspensions.

On the other hand, Apple’s chipset producer TSMC has reduced the production of A14 Bionic chipsets, which has led to people being concerned about lower iPhone 12 sales. Though, Kuo has disregarded the concerns and said that this failure is seasonal and expected as TSMC will begin shifting its production pipeline for developing the new A15 chip that will equip the iPhone 13 lineup.

As per Kuo, the iPhone 12 Pro sales remain strong, and demand for this year’s Pro models is better than expected.
