Pre-orders for the whole iPhone 15 series began today. You will have to wait a while for your new iPhone if you missed the 8 a.m. ET pre-order start time. As of mid-October, shipment of the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max has already been delayed.
According to Apple’s website, the release date for the iPhone 15 Pro has changed to October 4–9. The iPhone 15 Pro Max will now be available from October 9 to 16. This indicates that Apple either didn’t produce as many Pro Max units as it did Pro units or that there is a greater demand for the Pro Max model. Or both, which is the more likely situation.
The new iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max will go on sale next Friday. Additionally, Apple often has a handful of devices for sale in-store. They typically have every color and storage option available. Therefore, if the model you desired was not available today, you can wait until Friday, go to your neighborhood Apple Store, and cross your fingers for luck.
Keep in mind that you’ll need to arrive early to complete this. Additionally, because it is their busiest day of the year, Apple Stores usually open earlier on the day of the iPhone launch. On September 22, most stores will open at 8:30 a.m.
It is logical that the iPhone 15 Pro Max is in higher demand than the other three versions this year because it has undergone the most significant upgrades of all four. Not to mention the battery problems the 14 series has been experiencing over the past year. To get the longest battery life feasible, many individuals, including myself, choose the larger model. If you pre-ordered, hopefully you did so before the shipment dates were moved to next month. For launch day, the carriers may still have some available.
