iPhone SE 4 Rumored to Feature Dynamic Island and Redesigned Specs

A new leak suggests that the upcoming iPhone SE 4 may include Apple’s Dynamic Island, replacing the traditional notch design. Reliable leaker Evan Blass recently shared this information alongside an image showcasing four unannounced Apple devices, one of which appears to be the next iPhone SE.

Dynamic Island and Edge-to-Edge Display

The leaked image indicates that the iPhone SE 4 could feature a Dynamic Island, aligning it with Apple’s recent design standards. The device is also expected to ditch the home button in favor of an edge-to-edge display with FaceID, according to other rumors. This potential redesign marks a significant shift for Apple’s budget iPhone lineup.

Reliable leaker Sonny Dickson has also shared a dummy model of the iPhone SE 4, showing an edge-to-edge display. Other reports suggest it may feature a 48MP rear camera, delivering a notable upgrade in photography capabilities.

Enhanced Performance at an Affordable Price

There is speculation that the iPhone SE 4 might include the A18 chip, the same processor expected in the iPhone 16. If true, this would make it the most affordable iPhone with access to Apple Intelligence. Despite these upgrades, Apple is rumored to keep the starting price at $499, staying true to its budget-friendly positioning.

Release Timeline

The iPhone SE 4 is anticipated to launch in Spring 2025. With a fresh design, improved specs, and an affordable price point, it could appeal to a wide range of users.
