In differentiating Careem with other ride hailing services like Uber, Junaid Iqbal said, “We offer multiple ways of booking a car, through phone call, via Website and with App. We also offer 3 different options Now, Later and Repeat whereas most of our competitors only offer Now option. Moreover, we have different segments of cars Go, Go plus and Business which cater different income level people, and our competitors have only one option. We also have mobile wallet that our customers can top up with cash.
