Mass production of the Xiaomi 15 series begins in September

According to some recent pieces of information shared by the tipster Digital Chat Station, Xiaomi is testing a new smartphone. Reportedly, the device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor. Expectedly, the new chip could be used in the Xiaomi 15 series. Qualcomm’s entirely in-house-designed Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 architecture is said to offer significant performance gains.

The tipster claims that mass production of the Xiaomi 15 series will begin in September this year. Xiaomi debuts its flagship series in late Q4 in China. On the other hand, the Pro model will feature a slightly curved display with 2K resolution and 0.6mm bezels. With its power-saving 1 to 120Hz LTPO refresh rate technology and a maximum brightness of 1400 nits, the display may be able to save 15-20% on battery life. There are no further details regarding the other specs of the smartphone.
