Meizu could introduce the flagship Meizu 20 this year

Meizu has decided to make a comeback in 2023 with a new flagship smartphone. Reportedly, some images of the upcoming device have surfaced online. The new smartphone could be named Meizu 20 or Meizu 20 Pro. Do note that the shared images are a sketch in contrast to real images. But the sketches are quite detailing.

As per these images, the upcoming smartphone will have a flat display. It will feature a centered hole for the camera. its bezels appear to be quite thin. Whereas the physical buttons are provided on the right-hand side of the smartphone. The side of the smartphone appears to be flat. However, the corners are round in shape. A USB Type-C port and main speaker are visible at the bottom of the smartphone.

On the back panel of the phone are four rings. The rings will be holding the cameras. However, the sensors don’t appear to be larger. The confirmation of a new smartphone is based on a teaser video. In addition to this, Meizu stated that a smartphone based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is under development.

In 2021, the company Meizu introduced the Meizu 18. It was fueled with Snapdragon 888. However, in 2022, the company didn’t launch any devices. But in 2023, the company is going to introduce Meizu 20. Another interesting thing to notice here is that, in 2022, Geely acquired Meizu. It could be quite exciting to observe the growth now. Since Geely has some massive plans for Meizu. A few years back Meizu was quite popular. But due to some wrong decisions, the company suffered quite a lot.
