Micromax is working on a new smartphone for India. The new device is called the Micromax In Note 1 Pro. The device recently appeared on the Geekbench listing site, showing some of its specifications.
This new Micromax device comes with model number E7748. The same device with the same model appeared on BIS. This device will run Android 10 out of the box. The reason for such an old operating system is that the device was supposed to release in 2020. But COVID-19 took it away. We do hope that this smartphone would get the Android 11 update before the end of the year.
According to Geekbench, Micromax In Note 1 Pro will feature the MediaTek MT6785 processor (Helio G90 SoC), offering two ARM Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2.05 GHz plus six power-efficient Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up 2.0 GHz. It will also feature a Mali-G76 MC4 GPU and 4 GB of RAM.
The listing site awarded the smartphone 519 points in the single-core test and 1,673 points in the multi-core test.
We do not have much to say about this smartphone. But we do hope to hear more about this device in the coming few days (or weeks).
