As Microsoft has recently announced in the Message Center for 365, the Copilot app offers a central entry point in “AI skills and copilot applications across all parts of Microsoft 365”.

Access is made easier with the app, since the users have the AI ​​functions easily and quickly available. The Microsoft 365 Copilot app ends up in the start menu and is activated at the factory. Administrators can simply deactivate the installation of the Copilot app via their admin center on request. Microsoft has been trying to create entry points for the use of AI tools such as Copilot in his products for some time. Among other things, Copilot agents will soon also become part of the sidebar of Microsoft Edge.
