The adaptive joystick has four customizable keys on the front, additional shoulder buttons and a trigger button on the back. In addition, an Xbox typical thumb stick is integrated. The design enables one -handed operation and offers a threaded bore for attachment to movable brackets or tripods. This allows even more flexible use, for example by players who control the joystick with the chin.
A special feature of the new joystick is the possibility to expand it with individually customizable 3D printed accessories. This means that the device can be better adapted to the needs of the respective user. This adaptability facilitates control and makes gaming more accessible to people with motor restrictions.
The adaptive joystick has no wireless connection, but it can be connected directly to an Xbox or a PC via a USB connection. Alternatively, it can also be used in combination with Microsoft’s adaptive controller that offers various expansion options for barrier -free gaming.
