Microsoft Brings 12 New Games to Xbox Game Pass

Microsoft fills the summer slump with 12 games available in Xbox Game Pass in the coming days. Popular Yakuza titles and a variety of indie games can then be played on PCs, consoles, and in the cloud. Our overview shows all restarts. After the Redmond-based company only recently added top titles like FIFA 22 and Far Cry 5 to their gaming flat rate, 12 more games have now been announced for Xbox Game Pass.

These will be released in phases on July 14. As usual, it’s important to note that a few titles will only be available for Windows PC and not for consoles. However, Microsoft offers the majority for both PCs and its Xbox systems and for streaming via the cloud. The new roster should be of particular interest to fans of the Yakuza game series.

The action-adventures Yakuza 0, Kiwami, and Kiwami 2, which were released in the Western world in 2017 and 2018, are now available for download for all Game Pass subscribers. This is followed by various retro/indie games from the ID@Xbox collection, such as Last Call BBS, Overwhelm and Escape Academy. Kids should also be able to make friends with My Friend Peppa Pig and Paw Patrol: Adventure City Calls. New and upcoming games in Xbox Game Pass:

More Xbox Game Pass content

In addition to the new Game Pass games, Microsoft is offering its subscribers a new update to Marvel’s Avengers that integrates Jane Foster as The Mighty Thor into the game. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate purchasers also have access to a number of so-called “perks”.

This includes various in-game content such as new skins for Fall Guys, a Supercharge Pack for FIFA 22, the Summer Bundle for MLB The Show 22, and other benefits for Halo Infinite. Finally, the Redmond-based company is announcing which titles will be leaving Xbox Game Pass on July 15. This will affect Atomicrops, Carrion, Children of Morta, Cris Tales, and Lethal League Blaze.
