The Redmond company emphasized in a statement: “We actively invest in our future first party consoles and devices developed by Xbox.” Microsoft referred to the multi-year partnership with AMD for the development of AI-based gaming chips.

According to him, the plans for the next generation of consoles should be “in the suspension”, while Microsoft wants to focus more on software and third-party publishing.
