Microsoft Outlook Facing Troubles: The Company is ‘Working On’ to Fix the Bug

March 7, 2017: After Gmail, Microsoft Outlook users are facing the same problem; “That Microsoft account doesn’t exist.”

Today several tweets were reported complaining that they’re unable to sign in. Several users also filed the report on Microsoft community.

“I’ve had repeated issues in the last 15mins logging into Hotmail -first it said my account doesn’t exist and then it says that my account can’t be located, and then finally it asks for my password but the page doesn’t look legit.”

The problem is yet to be identified. However, users took this matter to social media asking if they’re the only ones to face the problem with their Microsoft Outlook account.

In response to a user from Ireland, Microsoft responded on its community page” Sorry for the inconvenience. We know about the issue and are currently working on the resolution. Request you try and log-in again after a few hours.”

Fixing the issue, later some of the users facing the same issue were able to log into their accounts.

More complaints were also seen from Xbox and Skype users. Although, the complaints were responded through an Xbox Live service status message.
