Motorola unveils the Motorola Edge 40 Neo

The latest mid-range offering from Motorola is the Edge 40 Neo. Although it is a mid-range device, it can be regarded as a budget one by most users. The smartphone comes with some exciting specs. Let us have a brief look at the specs of the Edge 40 Neo.

Features of Motorola Edge 40 Neo

In terms of design, the smartphone features a curved display with thin bezels. It accompanies a central display camera hole. On the back, the smartphone features two cameras. Notably, the backplate is curved along the sides/edges of the smartphone. Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a 6.55-inch full HD+ (2400 x 1080) OLED display. It comes with a refresh rate of 144Hz, peak brightness of 1,300 nits, and a 360Hz touch sampling rate.

The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7030 (6nm processor) with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of uMCP storage. The smartphone comes pre-installed with Android 13. It accompanies a 5,000mAh battery with support for 68W fast wired charging. The charger is part of the package.

The smartphone accompanies a 50MP primary camera along with a 13MP ultrawide camera. The front camera is a 32MP unit that features quad-pixel technology. Other features include stereo speakers, IP68 certification for dust and water resistance, support for Dolby Atmos, Bluetooth 5.2, and 5G.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo comes in two different colors, i.e., PANTONE Soothing Sea and PANTONE Caneel Bay. It is available in two different vegan leather Black and PANTONE Black Beauty models. So, we have a total of four options here. The device measures 159.6 x 72 x 7.8mm and weighs 170 grams. It is priced at €399 in Europe. Notably, the device will also debut in the Indian market and some other markets in the future.
