New Camera Specifications Leaks for the Galaxy Z Fold 3
Samsung is in the process of releasing the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. We now have some more details about this new folding smartphone. Check them out before the device is released.
We already know that Samsung is planning to release the Galaxy Z Fold 3 in August this year. This foldable device is expected to come with two batteries, 2,215mAh + 2,060mAh in total 4,275mAh with a 25W fast charger. The latest leak told us something about its camera. Let’s review what we could get from this device.
The tipster called ‘Tron’ states that this device will have a triple-camera setup on the rear side while having a dual-camera setup on the front. The phone’s primary camera will be a wide-angle one, with a 12MP sensor and a 1.8um pixel size. Samsung will use Sony’s IMX555, 1/1.76-inch sensor.
The device will also have a 12MP ultra-wide camera, which will offer a 1.12um pixel size, and this will be Samsung’s ISOCELL 3L6, 1/3.2-inch sensor.
The third camera will also be a 12MP unit, a telephoto camera and will offer 2x optical zoom, 1.0um pixel size, and Samsung will use its own ISOCELL 3M5, 1/3.6-inch sensor.
We also heard that on the front, we see a 10MP Sony IMX374 (1/3.2-inch) sensor with a 1.22um pixel, while the other one will be a 16MP Sony IMX471 (1/3.09-inch) sensor, with a 1.0um pixel size.
The device will be powered by a Snapdragon 888 SoC
