As per recent pieces of information, OpenAI has launched an official ChatGPT app for iPhone and iPad users. previously, ChatGPT was available to iOS users via several third-party apps. Among these third-party apps, some were reportedly scams. But now a dedicated version will provide users to safely use ChatGPT.
Basically, ChatGPT is an AI chatbot. It uses generative AI to answer queries and give feedback on different subjects. According to the company, ChatGPT can help users with quick answers, tailor-made bits of advice and suggestions, creative ideas, professional pieces of advice and input, and learning opportunities. Given the learning opportunity perspective of ChatGPT, users can learn a new language, or learn details about any topic. It can provide feedback, understanding of technical topics, and summaries that could be helpful for one’s profession. Furthermore, ChatGPT can write a poem, suggest gift ideas, and much more.
It doesn’t matter if a user uses ChatGPT on the web or on an iOS device, history will be synced across devices. The app is based on the Whisper speech recognition system. Currently, OpenAI has introduced the ChatGPT app for US users. in the coming weeks, the app will be introduced in more countries.
