OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro Started Receiving the New OxygenOS in India

OnePlus is rolling out the new OxygenOS update to the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. This update also brings the June 2021 security patch. The update comes as OxygenOS 11.0.7.7 and has already started landing devices in India.

Besides the latest security patches, the new software brings some optimizations and fixes. Below is the list of the changelog we received from our tipster:

OxygenOS 11.0.7.7 Meets OnePLus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro

• On the system side, we get:
  • Optimized mobile phone performance
  • Updated Android security patch to June 2021
• On the camera side, we get:
  • Fixed the issue that the shooting button fails when taking pictures at 48M picture format
