Oppo Foldable is Rumored to Come in November

Oppo has been working on its first foldable smartphone and we have some solid reasons to believe that this Oppo foldable smartphone is not a month away from us. Although the company hasn’t said a word about its release, we are getting rumors that this device will come to China first by November.

According to recent reports, this device will feature an 8-inch foldable internal display with a 120Hz refresh rate and LTPO technology. The display is likely to come straight from Samsung.

Under the hood, we are expecting to get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The device will run Android 11 out of the box, although the company should remember Android 12 is out there and release the flagship with the latest operating system.

Previous reports also suggested this Oppo foldable smartphone will feature “a 32MP front camera for selfies and a 50MP IMX766 main camera on the rear. The rear main camera could upscale video recording and could feature an 8K video recording.”

A report also claimed that this is going to be an expensive device and might only stay in China. It wouldn’t be a great move if Oppo decides to keep it a secret from the rest of the world and release it in its homeland only.

That’s all for now. We hope to receive more news about the upcoming foldable device by Oppo since rumors are suggesting it’s releasing soon.
