Oppo is partnering with Lamborghini to launch a luxury phone
Oppo is a popular brand operating in Pakistan and other Asian market. The company has established a strong footing with its line of budget friendly phones. Headquartered in China, the company showed off its new Find X smartphone that has a pop up camera. Oppo has announced that it will partner with Lamborghini to create a special version of the same device. The smartphone manufacturer has said that the Lambo version of the Oppo Find X will cost 1,699 euros ($1,966), and it’s the start of a partnership with the Italian luxury car brand.
The phone will be special edition with lots of exciting feature. It will have a Super VOOC charging, which will aid in charging the phone’s 3,400mAh battery from 0 to 100 percent within 35 minutes, according to Oppo. The market has not heard whether the specs of the device will be any different from the regular Find X, but one thing is for sure, the variation will have a carbon fiber texture on the back side with the car brands logo.
This partnership by the brand comes just a few months after Huawei introduced a Porsche-branded flagship called the Porsche Design Mate RS. The device by Huawei has a 512 GB of storage. The main audience for the phones is a segment of the society that has a heavy taste for luxury brands. So we are not expecting this to be openly available.
The Find X will be available in August, but a release date for the Lamborghini version hasn’t been announced yet.
