According to the News sources thirteen crew members of Pakistan International Airlines were detained at London Heathrow Airport by the British Police on Monday night.
Crew members of PIA flight PK-758 which was coming from Islamabad to London Heathrow Airport were detained due to alleged security threats in relation to breach of confidential information. British Police took the crew into custody for interrogation over the security concerns.
British Police reportedly finished their interrogation late Monday night and released the group after some time, members were sent back to their hotels but their passports were impounded by the authorities.
However, the flight from Heathrow airport was cleared to take-off with other crew members, PIA management is reportedly not happy with the incident and pondering a protest against the authorities for this humiliating action against the national airline.
