PlayStation Plus July 2025: Cyberpunk 2077, Risk of Rain 2, and More Join the Catalog
Playstation Plus subscribers can look forward to an extensive game package in July 2025. With Cyberpunk 2077, Risk of Rain 2 and the survival horror title Abiotic Factor, real highlights come to the game catalog for PS4 and PS5 consoles.
Cyberpunk 2077 leads July contingent
Sony has the new games for the Playstation Plus Game Catalog in July 2025 presented. The highlight is undoubtedly cyberpunk 2077, which is now available for PS plus extra and premium subscribers. CD Project Reds Dystopian SCI-Fi-RPG leads a list of ten titles that will be added to and after the subscription service in the coming weeks. The admission of Cyberpunk 2077 in the PS Plus catalog is part of the celebrations for the 15th anniversary of the service.
As an additional bonus, subscribers receive a 30 percent discount on the “Phantom Liberty” expansion, which is valid until July 23. The main game has been significantly improved by numerous updates and patches since its problematic start in December 2020. Especially the large update 2.0 in September 2023 revised fundamental game mechanics.

Abiotic Factor: Day-One release in service
The title “Abiotic Factor” is also interesting, which will come directly to the game flat rate on July 22nd. The narrative six-player survival game puts players in the role of scientists in an underground research institution. After a catastrophic experiment, you have to fight supernatural threats and extraterrestrial creatures.
The rest of the July contingent will be released on July 15 and offers a diverse selection: The popular Roguelike shooter “Risk of Rain” enables cooperative gameplay for up to four players and has sold over five million copies since its early access start in 2019. “Banisher: Ghosts of New Eden” tells an emotional story about two ghost hunters in 1695 in the colonial New England and comes from the French studio Don’t Nod Entertainment.
Building games and family entertainment
“Planet Zoo” and “Tropico 6” are on offer for fans of buildings. In “Planet Zoo”, players can design their own zoo and maintain over 100 different animal species, while “Tropico 6” offers the role of dictator El President on a tropical island group. Family-friendly entertainment provides “Bluey: The Videogame” based on the popular Australian animation series that has already won three Emmy awards.
Playstation Plus Premium subscribers can also look forward to two classics: “Twisted Metal 3” and “Twisted Metal 4” bring the chaotic vehicle combat arena to modern consoles. The publication takes place on time for the second season of the TV series of the same name on Peacock, which started in January 2025. The original games appeared in 1998 and 1999 for the first Playstation and are considered the highlight of the series.
