Realme GT5 Pro will feature three Sony sensors

Realme is all set to debut its next flagship smartphone. Notably, the company will launch the Realme GT5 Pro. A few months ago, we learned that the smartphone would feature an OmniVision OV64B sensor. The leaked information suggested that it would be used with the 3x telephoto camera. As of now, we have come across some other details about the Realme GT5 Pro.

According to Digital Chat Station, the smartphone will include three Sony sensors. According to him, the Realme GT5 Pro will feature a 1.5K resolution. Well, it is simply a marketing term used by Chinese companies to refer to 1220p panels. Well, if we assume this information to be correct, then the smartphone will feature an IMX966 behind the primary camera. It will measure 1/1.4” in size. However, its performance will be comparable with the 1” IMX989 due to its stacked structure.

In addition to this, the 48MP ultrawide camera will feature IMX581, and the telephoto camera will include a 50 MP IMX890 sensor. Well, this is not the first time that we have come across information about a Sony IMX966 sensor for the primary camera and a 48MP shooter for ultrawide. It is assumed that the upcoming OnePlus 12 will also feature the same combination since previous leaks suggested that it will include a 64 MP OmniVision sensor for the periscope camera.

Well, all this information is based on rumors, and nothing is official yet. So, we advise our readers to take this information with a grain of salt since such features might not make their way to the real device. Of course, things will become clear with time.
