Realme Launches Realme Buds Air Following Apple AirPods
Apple is still an example to follow for Chinese manufacturers, the US-based company has significantly lost its market share during the past decade and it was unable to grab the budget market which Chinese companies staked on but Apple is Still a Leader in mobile technology. This can be seen by the companies following Apple, Realme has announced its new Realme Buds Air in India today along with Realme X2 smartphone during an event organized in India.
Realme Buds Air tries to copy the likes of Apple Airpods, however, the company claims the quality of the product, when it comes to price, the company is offering it only for $56 and Rs3999 in local Indian currency via Flipkart and Realme official store in India.
Earlier we had a review about Fake Apple Airpods selling on the market for as low as $80, the reviewer said the quality of Fake Apple Airpods is remarkable when you assess the value for money, despite having no brand originality in the product.
Realme has also released images for Realme Bud Air which indicates the layers of the product and how it’s been built. The Realme Buds Air is the true wireless earphones. The earphones come in a plastic casing which supports wireless charging and connects automatically with the device once you open the box similar to Apple Airpods. The device supports Google Fast Pair protocol which provides instant connectivity.
Powerbeats Pro Is Rumored To Compete With Apple AirPods
According to the Product Manager of Realme, “The Product Manager of Realme India revealed there is a customized R1 chip inside the Buds Air that supports super-low latency over Bluetooth 5.0. There is also a Gaming Mode that the company claims will lower the sound lag down to 120 ms, which is almost half the typical 204 ms.”
Each of the buds contains two microphones, one is assigned for call and the other one serves as in-call noise cancellation. You will also find another 12mm bass booster which will allow strong Bass in songs and videos.
The device also offers an optical wear sensor which automatically pauses the sound when one bud is removed from one of the ears. Touch control also provides easy play/pause of the music, it can also activate the voice assistant and answer the calls. The battery capacity of the device is unknown yet, however, the company confirms the 17h playback time when the battery is inside the case. You can buy Realme Bud Air in three colors including White, Black, and Yellow. The device would be available for purchase from December 23.
