Release Date Of Google Pixel 5 Could Be September 25

According to current rumors, Google’s Pixel 5 smartphone could be released this month.

Google has so far held back with the disclosure of the release date of its two new smartphones, the Google Pixel 5 and Google Pixel 4a 5G. However, the devices are already listed in an internal database of the mobile communications provider Vodafone. The YouTuber Techcheck has managed to take a screenshot of the database with the presumed release dates.

Both the Pixel 5 and the Pixel 4a 5G will appear in Europe on September 25, 2020. Rumor suggests that possible prices are already known. The Pixel 5 will cost 630 euros at launch, while the Pixel 4a 5G will cost 487 euros. An official confirmation from Google is still pending. The two new Pixel smartphones are rumored to be based on the Snapdragon 765G chipset from Qualcomm. Google also donated eight gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of internal storage to the Pixel 5, while the Pixel 4a 5G should only have six gigabytes of RAM. The Pixel 5 should also offer a battery with 4,000mAh and a display with 90Hz.
