I'd suggest getting this reviewed by some real entrepreneurs who know the real problems. What do you mean by "In Pakistan especially people are really unpredictable."? Startup is difficult in every country and people are not unpredictable in Pakistan, they're the market, they decide what they buy and what they want and the market is always right.
