Samsung Galaxy A13 5G Receives Bluetooth Certificate Hinting it is Near to its Release

Samsung has been working on the Galaxy A13 5G for quite some time. We have already heard a little about this device. The last news about this smartphone came out when it landed on the FCC listing site. And the most recent appeared today when it received the Bluetooth SIG certification.

As spotted on SIG, Samsung Galaxy A13 5G appeared with four model numbers. That doesn’t necessarily mean that there will be four models. The four models actually mean different regions and carriers. The four model numbers that appear on the listing site include SM-A136U, SM-A136U1, SM-A136W, and SM-S136DL.

We don’t have many details about the device at this time, but a hint that the handset might come soon.

According to previous reports, we learned that the Galaxy A13 5G will 6.48-inch IPS LCD Full HD+ display, and a triple camera setup with a 50MP (Samsung’s own ISOCELL-JN1-50MP sensor) primary camera sensor, a 5MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. The front panel will bring an 8MP camera.

Going under the hood, we learned from the Geekbench listing that this smartphone will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC paired with 4GB RAM. It will run Android 11 out of the box. 

Besides the listing sites, we also received some hints about this device. So according to various leaks, this Samsung smartphone might come in three memory configurations — 4GB/64GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/128GB. In terms of software, the device will run One UI 3.1 sling with Android 11.

This Galaxy smartphone will measure 164.5mm x 76.5mm x 8.9mm and might also feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Moreover, we also heard from tipsters that the Galaxy A13 5G will come for around $250 in the US and Canada. The available colors for this device will be – Black, Orange, Blue, and White.

With so many details, one might think that this device will come before the end of the year. But we believe it will come in Q1 of 2022.
