Samsung Galaxy ChromeBook Would Be Released On April 6

Samsung is all set to release its new Chromebook and the company has already sent out posters which confirms the release date, Samsung Galaxy Chromebook has set a release date, the product will be available for purchase on April 6, starting at $999.

Samsung Galaxy Chromebook comes in two color variants, Mercury Gray and Fiesta Red. It is the first Chromebook with a 13.3-inch 4K OLED display. The device also comes with a more powerful processor than most Chromebooks released earlier, Galaxy Chromebook is equipped with Intel’s 10th generation of low-voltage processors and has passed the program certification, which is often referred to as the Intel Mobile Super Edition certification. Other configurations of the Galaxy Chromebook include 8GB LPDDR3 RAM and a 256GB SSD Internal Storage.

When the Galaxy Chromebook was announced in January, Samsung said that there would be other configuration versions, including up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB SSD, but from the current announcement, only a few configurations are on sale. This could be because of the Coronavirus crisis that companies are not hitting their previously set targets.

Few Chromebooks have a starting price of $999, and only Google has tried to sell Chrome OS devices for $999, but it has not been recognized by the market. Analysts believe that the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook is better than the competition, and can even be compared to the Windows Ultrabook. Previously, performance has been one of the most criticized points of the Chromebook, but Samsung has proven that the Chromebook can also have relatively high-end hardware.
